电池强制内部短路试验机是模拟电池在定环境温度条件下进行强制内部短路测试，测试箱为不锈钢材质，温度均匀性好，具有排风功能（即试验完成后排放测试废气）。试验机的控制系统为PLC触摸屏菜单式操作，采集数据频率可达100次/，同时通过PLC编程设定试验压力，压力保持时间，实测压力，电池电压，电池温度，压降速度等。
