电池短路试验机按键款
★产品概述
1、温控型电池短路试验机按键款综合多种电池短路试验标准要求而设计，按标准要求短路装置必须符合内
阻范围≤5mΩ，从而获得试验要求的大短路电流；另外在短路装置的线路设计上也须能够承受大电流的冲击，所以我们选用了工业直流电磁接触器及全铜接线柱和内部铜板导流，宽厚的铜板有效提高散热效果，使大电流短路装置更安全，有效减少试验设备的损耗，确保试验数据的准确性。
2、短路试验机采用按键款控制系统，模拟电池外部短路，满足 UL1642、UN38.3、IEC62133、GB/T18287、
GB/T 31241-2014 等标准。记录电池电压、电流和表面温度变化。该短路实验机必须整个回路（包括断路器、导线和连接器件）电阻 80±20mΩ，每个回路都能够承受峰值达到 1000A 的短路电流。可以选择短路停止模式：1.短路时间；2.电池表面温度。
