电池海水浸泡箱主要用于电池在常温下的海水成分中浸泡2h（海水为模拟海水成分，浓度为3.5%NaCl溶液），水槽中海水深度要足以淹没测试的电池。

GB/T31467.3《电动汽车用锂离子动力蓄电池包和系统 第3部分:安全性要求与测试方法》
GB38031-2020 《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》中 8.2.6.2试验方式一a。
四、参数规格
1、水箱内尺寸：600(宽)×600(深)×600(高)mm；（可定制）
2、外尺寸约：1000(宽)×1100(宽)×1800(高)mm+110脚轮，以实物为准；
3、内部材质为:316L不锈钢板，厚3.0mm标板；
4、外部材质为:Q235冷轧钢板粉体烤漆，厚1.5mm；
5、开门方式：单门由右至左开启；
6、通风口孔式：于机台顶部，安装强制抽风扇；
7、控制箱：位于机台顶部；
8、合页：平面重型用合页；
9、门锁：机械锁扣式；
10、产品蓝：316L不锈钢板，规格W450*D450*H300mm；
11、密封条：耐高温发泡硅胶条；
